I think the item needs a more communicative contextuatlization.. Item number one the answer option is in bold, And the last item the longest answer is the answer option. It looks obvious.
Items a, b, and c should have similar lengths so that students are not led to choose the ones that look different. That is, the guessing factor can be reduced.
