Hi, Erick
Do the students have any context or visual aid for the vocabulary? Is the intention to test word "recognition" or visual memory?
It looks decontextualized to me and long.
Regards,
Belkis

yes!!! they are decontextualised and I just want them to recognise the words.ah! and it ain't long. it's just that in the blog I can't give it the format I have in the word document. that's a matter of layout.
Thanks for your wonderful comment :)

Hello, what is it that your testing with the vocabulary item, that is, what's the idea of them doing this task? It needs to be more communicative, that is, more meaningful.

Maybe you should use a table so that it looks more learner friendly. Besides, you need to give a context using language according to the students' level. Having compound noun formation would be better than completing split words, like jack + et.
