I think you should decontextualize the question, that is, you have to tell the students what to expect when listening...

Nice try. You are stating the strategy that you want to assess.

Another salient feature: you are using technology as a resource to assess skills... Simply great!!!


Recommendations:you need to state the aim explicitly to determine validity: what details do you want to collect?

I subscribe Aisha's comment about purpose.

The format is problematic: listening and then answering questions in full is too demanding and forces learners to rely on their productive skills.
