You made reservations for the holiday of a lifetime. Unfortunately, everything went wrong. The plane was delayed, the hotel was terrible, and on top of all that, the travel agency representative did not assist you at the airport.
Write a letter to the editor of a local newspaper about these incidents so that other people don’t make arrangements with the same travel agency. Tell your story, give opinions and make suggestions. Also, let the editor know about definite and probable plans for your next holiday, based on what you’ve learned from this experience.
